Help losing some chest and belly fat?
I weigh about 180 and my body is pretty much normal besides my torso. I have very slim arms, big thighs, big calves but i cant remove the fat off my chest and belly. I need some tips or diet advice. Im just began doing the p90x program but the diet plan is too expensive..so any advice helps Im willing to do anythin to drop this fat

I am having trouble losing belly fat.?
I was recently diagnosed with bulging discs in the lumbar region in January, I have had sciatic nerve problems for the last 2 years and when diagnosed in Jan I wanted to start eating healthy and losing the weight to help with the back problems I was 175 lbs and am 5'7, very overweight for what I am suppose to be, but now 160 and sciatic nerve problems. So I started with just eating healthy for 3 weeks and lost 11 lbs and then I started walking every day and lost 4 more pounds. my entire body looks better from the weight lost but my belly still seems bloated, don't get me wrong it has decreased in size but since the weight lose but not as much as i feel it should. I need help with what I should do, Whether it is increasing the amount of time I have walk every day, increasing the days I walk or just start fast walking. To be clear I have the nutrition down but need help with certain safe exercises for people with back problems. PLEASE HELP I AM TRYING REALLY HARD TO KEEP UP WITH THE NUTRITION PART AND WALKING EVERY DAY BUT I NEED SOMETHING TO DECREASE THIS BELLY BUMP. NOT PREGO

What is a good diet/exercise routine to lose belly fat?
I will be a sophomore in high school and over the summer I would like to lose a little weight and get toned up. I'm not over weight by any means. I am 5'2 and 120 pounds. I am 20 years old, I am 6 foot 6 and I am well built. Not too skinny but not to muscular or fat. I have a little but of belly fat and I wish to get rid of it soon. Does anyone have any fast and easy way that I would be able to get rid of it. I plan on running daily soon and working out at the gym every other day. Okay so school for me ends in 5 days and then I have summer break up until August 6. I have no type of arm mucles and no type of 6 pack. I have belly fat but it only shows after I eat a meal and it's really embarrasing walking around school with my stomach hanging out after lunch and the funny thing is im very skinny and I weigh only 121.4 lbs. I really want to build up arm muscle for the upcoming basketball season for high school next year because when I was talking to the coach he looked at me and said " build up some muscle and then talk to me." So long story short I want to build up arm muscle, gain a 6 pack, and loose this belly fat that I always get after eating a meal.
