Hi i am m under 20 years of age and i have belly fat . i heard that if you do tons of core exercising things that only makes your abs bigger under your fat so you get a bigger belly i am m lost can you please help me ?

Tone uppp! Run up and down the stairs 15 - 20 times. Once up then once down = one. 25 - 30 sit ups. 50 jumping jacks. Then 10 more times on the stairs. If you do this quick without breaking it works really well! Do it every night, morning or even both and you will definetly see results! Stairs will tone both your legs and stomach. Sit ups will work your abs. Jumping jacks will work your arms, legs, and stomach. Good luck, and remember to drink a lot of water, it flushes your system out and helps get rid of excess fat!

Try the Flat Belly Diet.. it tells you how to eat healthy for life. add excercise to that and you should lose the fat pretty quick if. do plenty of cardio to burn calories and try some pilates or yoga thats really all i can tell you.. just w.e you do dont give in to the big diet plans that make you starve yourself, the hungrier you are the less you'll lose believe it or not. if you eat enough food then your body will let go of the fat more easily, just make sure its good, healthy food. good luck!
