Tone uppp! Run up and down the stairs 15 - 20 times. Once up then once down = one. 25 - 30 sit ups. 50 jumping jacks. Then 10 more times on the stairs. If you do this quick without breaking it works really well! Do it every night, morning or even both and you will definetly see results! Stairs will tone both your legs and stomach. Sit ups will work your abs. Jumping jacks will work your arms, legs, and stomach. Good luck, and remember to drink a lot of water, it flushes your system out and helps get rid of excess fat! |
