Um, i dont know, i dont like the less carbs. U need carbs if u have to b doing exercise, ESPECIALLY running. Almost everything i eat is carbs, im still skinny, it doesnt matter if u eat alot of carbs and ur exercising cos they get burned of quickly, but carbs r fuel for exercise, u avoid them, and u wont b able to exercise for as long as u want...u wont b able to run as fast as u want. Have more carbs, it will help u alot in increasing ur exercise rate and hence burn away more fat. Dont listen to all the diet fads, low carb diet and stuff, believe me thats complete cra|p for obese people and not active runners like u. |
