There are many ways to lose weight.. but losing WEIGHT doesnt exactly mean you are losing FAT.. they're different.. you want to lose fat and im sorry to say this only happens at about 1-2 pounds a week. HERES how the average human burns naturaly about 2000 calories a day (not exercise) to lose 1 pound you need the difference of 3500 calories for example, say you burn 500 calories on the treadmill and that same day consume 1500 calories adding the naturaly burnt and exercise burnt calories you get 2500 so the difference between burnt and consumed that day is 1000 1000 down and 2500 to go to lose one pound of FAT you can do it :) stick with it |
