I have reached my weight goal actually passed it and have kept it off for four months now Woo Hoo . I went from 184 to 128 pounds I'm 5'3" . I guess I thought once I lost all the way the fat would just magically disappear. I was wrong. My legs looks fine and are toned and nice, but I have some belly fat I would like to get rid of. I have to buy my pants a size too big in the legs to accommodate for my waist and so my legs are swallowed in pants that are too big. So, how can I lose that belly fat? I don't really need or want to lose weight, but if it happens in the process, so be it.I just need tips on foods to eat or not eat exercises etc. And when I am asking for these things, I want lifestyle changes not quick fixes. Hello i am 15 years old, 5'9 and 150 pounds, i have a small amount of belly fat and on my love handles,i am wanting to get thinner and then be able to reveal my abs.... how do i do this? should i be doing spesific ab workouts or something? for the past week i've been rotating doing 6km every other day, and then 8km the days in between that. I'm looking for an effective work out with better results for developing six pack. I'm already packed, but I just need to get that annoying baby fat at the bottom of my tummy off. I'm not overweight. I'm 5'5" , 163 lbs. I'm looking for any methods that will help me burn the fat off and get me back to my normal weight which is between 140 145. What is the best workout for me to do this? Because I don't trust all that crap online about exercising programs and get slim quick schemes.
