Help lose body fat (belly and love handle)?
i'm 30 years old male 6'1, 208, 35 % body fat percentage. most of the fat is around my abdomen and love handles. My goal is reduce my body fat % to 10 % or less and be about 190lbs muscle or more defined. what would my exercise routine be? twice? or 3 times a week? what should I be eating daily and how often per day?what should my calorie intake be daily?what is the time period i should aim for to accomplish my goal? 6 months? 12?
