Hi, i'm a 13 year old male, my weight is 100.8lbs, and 5.6 inches tall, and my dad's electronic body fat searching thing says i'm 7.7 %, but I don't understand, i have a belly pouch, and my abs are only feelable when i flex (bend), how can this be? Help please? Cause I wanna look good, not to impress anyone, but myself, as i have always liked the progress of myself getting stronger. (Yes im sorry i have bad grammer)

Your only 13 so don't worry about it i would say most teenagers usually start getting 6 packs when they're 15 starting a sport in high school like waterpolo or swimming will help you get the abs you want

If you don't like your grammar get a grammar book. After like 10 hours of reading you'll be years ahead of your peers and get metric ass tons of pussy. As for your question, it's very possible you don't have the muscle tone and bulk you need. Google oblique exercises and flutter kicks, and do those along with normal crunches for 3 sets (that means 3 sessions) a day every other day when you're not sore. Do it in the living room when you're watching tv or something. The other thing you need to start doing is sucking it in whenever you're standing. This trains your muscles to maintain a little muscle tone at all times, which means eventually you'll be showing off your 6 shooter with out feeling or noticing it. I'm 5'10, 170 pounds, with prolly like a 15% body fat and I still have some oblique definition because I used to be really fat and would tuck it in while walking or standing. Good luck, and for the love of god don't over do it.

You're really fit when you have only 4% body fat. Try to lower % more to 6.
