im 14 a girl and i have a flat stomach but i have a bit of fat on it and my love handles are starting to show there not very big, there just a bit of extra fat i would like to get rid of . Im going to start running for one hour everyday after march break and i have already started cutting all the sugar out from my diet. Ive switched to all whole grain breads, and have stopped drinking juice . All i drink now is water and milk. This is what i would typically eat throughout the day Breakfast Bowl of shredded wheat, plain. 100 % whole grain with milk. lunch Whole wheat chicken wrap with blueberries and a bottle of water. after school snack Apple, grapes, whole grain crackers with a water bottle. Dinner Salad filled with veggies and olive oil and balsamic vinegar with a lean cut of meat. Veggies or some type of grain product or starches. whole grain rice, or potatoes . And a glass of milk. snack Strawberry's, or 1 stalk of celery w. peanut butter. With water or milk. on the weekends i eat oatmeal with a fruit salad, or eggs and pemeal bacon with freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast. If i did this for a month, would i be able to lose the belly fat? How long would it take me? Im trying to get this done before summer ive been doing this for a week now but i cheated yesterday and ate one peice of candy but i don't think it wil affect me?jasmin, im going to be running everyday until september which is when cross country starts. I want to do cross country but im starting the training early so i can lose my belly fat before summer.

I have a high metabolism and I used to eat more than it could handle. I've cut out all unecessary eating habits and limited myself to 2 3 meals a day. I've begun to lose weight and in the past couple weeks I've gone from 185 down to 175 just by eating less. My question is what food is good to eat to naturally burn fat quicker. I was thinking cutting out carbs, but is there another effective method, besides working out, that will help me burn fat quicker?

I have some love handles and a gut that i want to get rid of. I was planning on running the treadmill 30 45 minutes daily. If I do this can i eat what i want, I actually eat pretty healthy anyway aside from a few snacks. I just want a flat stomach nothing crazy.

I'm looking to shed a few pounds so that way I lose my round belly. Here's a summery of me to help you help me plan one. I'm 16, male. I'm not over weight, only 138lbs at 5'8" but my stomach isn't as flat as i'd like it to be. I have the cardio part of losing weight because I run cross country for my schools team. I do about 5 miles on average per day, six days a week. Some days I run a little more. I don't eat healthy at all. Mostly burgers, chicken tenders, buffalo wings, etc.. I don't want to try the standard " Salad Diet" because don't get me wrong, I love salads, but as I said, I run cross country and salads don't give me enough energy to run well. So pretty much I want a diet that will help me lose the last of my stomach fat but yet still provide enough energy to run cross country well. Thanks

I'm trying to get 6 pack abs but some people say I got to lose the belly fat that covers abs from appearing. Yes, the upper belly fat that covers abs from appearing.When I work out I never see results that abs appear after a month of so, but when I feel or press on my stomach I can feel the ab muscles hardened flex, but how do I make it appear like people can see it if some belly fat covers it? How do I lose that belly fat??? How do I lose that upper belly fat that covers the abs? any diet plans or something?
