I have had 3 children via vertical classical incision c sections. The first was an emergency when I was 21. For the others I just opted to use the same route to save myself from more scars. Anyways, my youngest child is 2. I have lost over 40 lbs. My body looks " normal" everywhere, except for my belly I wear a size 6 8 jean under my belly and a women's large shirt to cover the fat . It is huge and it hangs. I have tried doing ab exercises and do modified crunches and whatever I can manage everyday, but I cannot even do 1 full sit up . I am so embarrassed and I think I look horrible and despite all my weight loss. I am about 30 lbs overweight right now, but am certain that this extra bell fat weighs at least 20 lbs. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to lose this? I'm only 30 and want to date but my abdominal area is repulsive so I need any and all suggestions
