HiI'm a 26 year old female. I'm only 5,2 & weigh about 8 stone 12 about 123lbs . I'm a size 10 UK . Unfortunately though despite being rather petite I've noticed some cellulite on the front & back of my thighs & I cannot for the life of me get rid of it. I also have it on my butt. I am very active & try to eat healthy although I do have a takeaway as a treat once in a while twice a month tops . I also have a little bit of a pot belly coming on, just a little bit but its enough to bother me as I've always been used to it being flat. Because I've always been slim I never really took notice of anything like this before but as I'm getting older I'm a lot more conscious about my figure. I just want to know if anyone has any good tips for reducing the cellulite on my thighs and butt as I hate the way it looks. I know it probably won't go away altogether but if it would fade slightly I'd be satisfied. The belly doesn't bother me so much as its not a big deal & I imagine sit ups would help but any other tips would be helpful. All answers will be appreciated. Thanks
Need to know some exercises for flattening tummy?
I am losing weight at a rate I am satisfied with, however I have a little bit of a 'tummy' an overhang between the top of my pubic area and my waist. I am doing some exercise for chest legs and abs, but none of these seem to 'get to' the muscles in that area.can anyone recommend any exercises or a website which will help tone up this areaEnlightenment of the mindsurely an oxymoron?
Can Yoga help flattening tummy?
I have slender arms and legs. But my tummy's embarassingly big. Probably because i spend my whole day in the office sitting. I'm planning to enrol the yoga class, i'm wondering if it could help flattening my tummy. thanks

Tips on flattening tummy area? :)?
I don't that's DON'T want to 'lose weight' so please don't tell me 'targeted weight loss is crap'. I know that XD I don't want to lose it, just sort of tone it a bit. Does anyone know some good excersises I can do and how long it'd be before I saw a difference? A couple of friends have seperatly told me sit ups work best and in a few weeks but I've also heard sit ups don't target the right area. Confused much? Yes. Thank you
Help flattening tummy?
I'm a thirteen year old girl. Five feet tall. 90 lbs, so I know I'm not overweight. But I have like an inch of stomach left. It might not even be fat I have tried lots of ab excersizes. I heard that can make your stomach like pop out? Well, My mom wants to go summer clothes shopping next week O.o I eat healthy and excersize regularly. I actually lost twenty pounds since I started doin that three months ago D Anyway, what can I do to lose that last inch that will NOT go away?
