Want to join the Army but need to lose 20 lbs. I workout 2 times a day 5 days a week for 2 hours each visit. I'm on a 1500 cal diet and burn anywhere between 1800 2000 cals a day but i see no results around my belly. What can i do to lose this gut?

Im a 20year old male about 5'5, I started going to the gym June15th of 2010. I was about 205 210, today I am about 150 but I have a lot of belly fat left and its just around my belly button area. I run on a treadmill everyday at a rate of 5.5mph for about 2miles then I do my weights, in the evening I jog about a mile and then just last week I started doing about 700situps. How do I burn off this fat faster? It just doesnt look right when the rest of me already slimmed down.
