Question: How to loose belly fat quick!?

Started summer off at 146 pounds, august 27 I'm weighing 153! Help. I need o loose weight, never been so heavy before.... And, I'm a vegetarian. |

Get active. Try to do cardio at least once a day if you have the time. If you can do an 30 minutes, that'd be great! Make sure you're eating at least 3 meals a day so that your body stays nourished and functions properly through out the day. And try to build muscle! Sit-ups are great for around the house. If sit-ups are a bit too much try crunches instead. A combination of a good, healthly, and steady diet, cardio, and regular exercises should do the trick. The tricky part is staying consistent. You WILL see results if you stick with the program but dedication is the hardest part! Good luck! |

Targetted weight reduction is quite hard, some would state impossible, however I worked off a few inches from my waistline by following the guidance on the website in the box below. Give it a try, their help is very down to earth! |
