Question: Where can i find acai berry? also, does it really makes you lose belly fat fast as they say?

The only thing Acai Berry works at lightening is your wallet. It's just the latest fad/ scam of the diet industry which will be gone in another year to be replaced by the next big miracle cure for obesity. Save your money and focus on eating healthier (both what you eat and how much you eat), and increase your physical activity.

You can get it from any health food store. But no it doesn't help you lose belly fat. There is no way to lose weight in just one location. It has to be an overall loss of weight. You should go on sparkpeople dot com. Its a free website that tells you what to eat, how many calories you need to intake and it provides support. Good luck.

Targetted weight loss is quite tough, some would say impossible, however I melted away 3 inches from my waistline by following the tips on the site in the box below. Give it a try, their advice is very sensible!
