I'm not fat i know that. but i do have a little extra belly fat and i don't like it. beside crunches/ abdominals what is a good way?

I would run a lot daily to get the flab off first and then get firmer and toned by doing crunches and sit ups.

Cut back on the amount of Carbohydrates you consume...many ppl do not know that if you are eating carbohydrates and you are not burning it it will be stored as stored energy aka fat. 1. cut down on carbs 2. do more cardio exercise and do not just spot train( like dont just do ab workouts) do full body workouts such as Jog, sprint you will see results in no time. good luck

Hi NovemberRain, Actually crunches/ abdominals is one of the worst ways to lose belly fat. Why? They only serve to build muscle under the fat, not actually get rid of it.
