Don't tell me it's not safe (no offense) but i'm sick of hearing that. i need to know how to lose the two huge lumps of flab i have on my belly, and i need to lose it FAST. i'm exercising, eating healthy and drinking a lot of water. i need to know what i'm missing and how i can get rid of my rolls. i want my stomach to be flat asap, so can anyone please help me? thanks!

Jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have to work double on them. The best approach is this: 1. Lower/ control your daily calorie intake (control for normal weight, lower for overweight). 2. Run/ jog to lower your overall body fat percentage. 3. Target your problem areas with exercises. an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

Can't be done asap. unless you can afford lipho or want to try anorexia. otherwise you're looking at what you already know, eat healthy and exercise. If you exercise doing stuff you find fun that will make time seem to move faster, but that's all. You can make yourself seem less fat if you invest in a good corset or similar device. Anything you do that does it asap will probably teach your body how to put your weight back on the moment you stop. Meet with your doctor, set goals and work hard on it like others who achieve what they want.

It's perfectly safe to lose flab, why wouldn't it be? Your body isn't designed to hold a lot of fat. BUT, it can only burn so much fat, so fast. If you try to force it, you'll lose muscle instead. Anyway. There's so many possible reasons why you're not losing weight. You said you're eating healthy, exercising, and drinking a lot of water. However, these aren't the only components to losing weight. First off, eating healthy: You can still "eat healthy ", but not correctly. You need at least 1200 calories a day, just to maintain you're body. What's your daily general calorie intake? In order to lose weight, you must take your daily calories, and burn, or eliminate some of them. Either through exercise, or dieting. But I can tell you this, dieting does NOT work. It's a complicated subject. But as for burning calories, try eliminating 500 a day, this should equal around 3500 calories a week, that you would have normally gotten, but you didn't. So your body burns fat to get the needed energy. You should lose a pound or two a week from this. Now for exercising: What is your routine like? It's hard to help without knowing what your doing. Drinking the water is great, both for health, and for weight loss. It washes the toxins out of your body, and keeps your cells energized. Plus it keeps you hydrated, and this makes you fell a whole lot better. Good Luck!
