How to lose belly fat fast?

I'm NOT overweight, I weigh roughly around 140 and I'm 5'5 ". The thinnest I've ever been at this height is about 125 but I was extremely bony and uncomfortable. I don't look overweight, I guess the weight is mostly muscle mass. Anyways, I'm happy with everything with my body except for my belly and my thighs a little bit. I want to lose about 10 pounds or at least a few inches off of my belly. What is the fastest and best exercise to use mainly focusing on losing belly fat? P.S. I do eat healthy, so I already know that. I also drink a lot of water and play soccer everyday, so I get good cardiovascular exercise. Thanks in advance to all.

This is what i did...i wear saran wrap on my belly and ran for 20 minutes or so...and then did crunches and a bunch of other belly exercises....the point is to sweat from the area you want to lose fat from and then work on it like the belly you do crunches etc...go to youtube there are a lot of belly exercises to do so your body doesnt get use to only one.. or you can email me and i will send you some tips.. astridodali@yahoo.com
