How may I lose stubborn belly fat?
I was charged with losing about 80lbs some time ago. I only got serious about it during the last three months. I am at the point where I must lose an additional 60lbs. What is the safest way to lose the weight especially the belly fat without succumbing to a fad diet? How quickly can I lose the weight safely? I am willing to make and have already made permanent choices that will have altered my way of life.

I am 19 years old. 3 years ago, I weighed 160lbs at 5ft.0in. Now I am at 125lbs and I cannot for the life of me get out of the 120 range, I really just want to lose around 10 15 extra lbs. the problem is, is mostly in my stomach love handles, the pooch . My waist line is at 30inches and im curvey. I want to lose this before mid april before summer . How long will it take to lose 10 15lbs knowing its stubborn belly fat? By the way, I work out 6 days a week 2 hrs a day. I strength train for about 45 mins and cardio for 40 50mins. My arms are starting to really tone up Just nothing will rid my stomach fat. Help me I am thinking of incorporating a thermogenic fat burner. What is your view of those if diet and exercise is execuited properly.

ok im 14 and i basically have a nice body i have great bone structure and a perfect skin complex im a very pretty girl ok im 5 foot 3 inches and around 135 pounds and i have a 2 pack its muscular at the top of my abs, because i work out a little, but as u go down it gets thicker since i work out i guess i just need a new diet most of my weight comes from my hips and " booty" because big hips and such runs in my family so that's not a problem. I'm a 28 year old male, 5'10" , and 168. I'm not overweight... but my body fat is 14 % or so, and I have some pretty stubborn flab in my belly, sides and chest. I work out a decent amount for the last year or so I was doing a good amount of lifting 3 4 days a week , with some cardio thrown in althought not as often . Currently, I do cardio karate very intensive twice a week an hour each time, and lift once a week. My goal last year was muscle building, which I accomplished slightly. One of my goals is to maintain what I gained in muscle slight loss is fine . My main goal, however, is to eliminate the stubborn flab I mentioned. My diet is decent I eat roughly 2000 2,400 calories a day. Mostly smaller snacks throughout the day. Very little in the line of sweets although I do admit to eating late dinners, albeit healthy ones, and splurging on dessert and alcohol here and there .Ultimately I want to have a tone body. I know I wont be a big muscle guy, but just tired of things flapping around when I take my shirt off ha ha. Any suggestions??? Thanks.
