I am 118 pounds and i'm 5'5. I know I'm not fat but all my weight tends to go to my stomach. I would really love to have flat abs and I'm willing to do whatever it takes. So far I'm beginning to run 3 miles a day along with strength training. My diet has been healthy but over the few months I've put on some weight because I've been eating candy a lot. I'm the biggest sweet tooth. ok, let me know what else i should do
Difficulty losing belly fat?
Last year I was in pretty decent shape. I was able to jog at a good pace for 4 miles. I included eating somewhat healthy not going to lie, I probably ate more meat than I should have but I did eat smaller portions and overall healthier foods .My problem was, I never lost any belly fat. I lost weight, about 16 17 lbs I also did a lot of weight lifting as well but never around the belly. My belly stayed at about 38 39 inches. Now, at the moment I have an ankle injury that prevents me from running. What can I do to lose this fat? Thanks so much

I have lots of belly fat for my small frame and was wondering what to do. I plan to start walking 2 3 miles a day but know I will lose weight in my arms, legs and butt and I m already too skinny in those places. Well i lost 10kg in 1month . i happy with it but for the belly fats . . I still can see them . so ugly x.x just a small belly fat but i wan to get rid of it . Best exercise to do to lose belly fats ? I do 30min running and 30min biking a day, i burn at least 1000 1600 a day . and for my diet . i cut down on meat a lot already plus i ate alot of vege, after meal i will eat either orange or banana in the night i will drink 1 glass of green tea . is my dieting and exercising good ? and for my belly fats . how ? im not rushing or anything but i nid some advise . haha D please explain to me thanks . b i dont want website link x.x thanks thanks thanks DD
How can I lose belly fat?
I used to have a 4 pack when I was livinf with my dad when I was younder, I was probly 7 9 years old.But then my mom forst me to eat, and if I dident eat I would get it, now I'm 15 and my stomatch is huge... Now I want that 4 pack back even a 6. I don't know what I used to do, I remember running around with my cousin, doing push ups, and eating allot of eggs because that's all my dad knows how to make. I want to lose a bit of my belly fat not that it's big or any thing , I'm fine with the rest of my body, just my belly it sticks out and I hate it. Interval training to lose belly fat?
Im doing interval training by jogging for 60 seconds then sprinting 30 seconds and switching off for 20 min.. I do this 5 7 days a week and am on a diet with very few carbs..mostly fruit, veggies, and salads with grilled chicken....how fast do u think I will see results? If I keep this up will I lose my belly before beach season? I am 5' 10" and weight 165 lbs. I'm 20 years old
