Ahh, the never-ending question: How to get rid of stubborn belly fat?
I have gotten in a competition dance program that I am so excited for, however, the dance attire that we have to wear are shorts and a sports bra. That made me cringe in my seat. Just a sports bra? I've been working out all summer to try and get rid of my stubborn belly fat, but it just won't go away. My belly looks fine when I suck in, but I don't want to suck in the whole time, and plus when I bend over you can tell I have a belly. And, another thing, I have been cursed with bad taste buds and I absolutely HATE salad. I don't know why, but I wish I did like it It would make eating healthy SO much easier Have you got any tips for me on how to lose this stubborn belly fat a bit quicker? Thanks so much in advance

Cant seem to lose stubborn belly fat, how can i?
First, some thing you need to know I'm a bodybuilder. I have a lot of muscle on my frame. I eat right usually, though i cheat every now and then and eat pizza, etc. i work out regularly and am very active. I dont have much belly fat, you can still see my abs clearly. but i have this stubborn patch on the lower belly that wont go away. suggestions? thanks

I am 120 and 5'6 and I know I do not need to lose any more weight, but what can I do to make the fat in my midsection go away. What types of workouts I can do? I did cardio and pilates for 3 times a week but the only see progress in my arms and legs.

Need some help losing stubborn belly fat, 'love handles', and chest fat?
I'm a 28 year old male, 5'10" , and 168. I'm not overweight... but my body fat is 14 % or so, and I have some pretty stubborn flab in my belly, sides and chest. I work out a decent amount for the last year or so I was doing a good amount of lifting 3 4 days a week , with some cardio thrown in althought not as often . Currently, I do cardio karate very intensive twice a week an hour each time, and lift once a week. My goal last year was muscle building, which I accomplished slightly. One of my goals is to maintain what I gained in muscle slight loss is fine . My main goal, however, is to eliminate the stubborn flab I mentioned. My diet is decent I eat roughly 2000 2,400 calories a day. Mostly smaller snacks throughout the day. Very little in the line of sweets although I do admit to eating late dinners, albeit healthy ones, and splurging on dessert and alcohol here and there .Ultimately I want to have a tone body. I know I wont be a big muscle guy, but just tired of things flapping around when I take my shirt off ha ha. Any suggestions??? Thanks.

Stubborn belly fat? Help!?
Ok, I've been jogging since January, and try to jog at least 3 times per week, about 2 miles each time. Became a Vegetarian about 2 months ago. Stopped drinking Diet Coke about 3 weeks ago although, I have drank a little regular Coke here and there . I'm not fat, but I do have love handles that I really want to lose by Thanksgiving. I am 5' 10" , male, and weigh about 160. Again, not fat but I have a small beer gut and love handles that HAVE TO GO On the positive side, I have dropped about 3 pants sizes. My belly girth has dropped 1.5 inches in about 45 days. But the gut is still there. What am I doing wrong? I eat mostly fruits and veggies, whole grain breads, drink plenty of water, and excercise. Am I expecting too much too fast or what? Aside from continuing what I'm doing, what can I do? Jog everyday??Oh, and I'm eating about 1200 calories a day.
